Iron-on T-shirt Step by step
-
STEP: 1
Draw your design on a sheet of fine grit sandpaper.
-
STEP: 2
Be sure to press hard and lay it on thick. That way it will show up nice and clear! If you want words – don’t forget to write them backwards! Your image will be mirrored when it is transferred.
-
STEP: 3
Place some cardboard inside the shirt. This will keep the design from transferring to the back of the t-shirt.
-
STEP: 4
Then, fold the shirt over and pin it to the cardboard with the clothespins.
-
STEP: 5
Place the sandpaper sheet with the design side down on the shirt where you want the design to go.
-
STEP: 6
Cover it with paper towels.
-
STEP: 7
Iron for about 30 seconds on the wool setting.
-
STEP: 8
Remove the sandpaper slowly and check out your new shirt!
